grayDUCK is a new, contemporary art gallery located in the eclectic heart of South Austin. We are thrilled to present Four Square, our inaugural exhibition featuring four very talented Austin based artists. Painting, collage and recycled items will be included in this show of grids, squares, playgrounds and instructions.

K.C. Collins received his BFA at Pratt Institute for Communication Design. His playground still lifes hearken back to the days of imaginary friends. These aren’t your typical sandboxes; K. C. uses imagery to communicate foundation and the concept of starting over.

Satch Grimley is a native Austinite who has been painting and silk screening for over fifteen years. Working out of his home studio, Satch's recent work uses serigraphy, painting, and collage to create layered works exploring the collision between man-made culture and nature.

J. Haley is a bottomless well of ideas for solving humankind’s problems. He looks at the world as atomic structures, and creates with anything; paint, trash, found objects, etc. J. Haley is scientist, inventor and all around kinetic human being, which comes to life in his mark making.

Renee Nunez is a visual artist whose work focuses primarily on pattern, negative space and endangered plants. Renee's background as a professional modern dancer greatly influences her and contributes a sense of motion to her work. Her current work explores synaptic routes associated with muscle memory.
