A group show featuring eight local artists who are the proletarians of Austin's fine arts museums. It should come as no surprise that the individuals guarding the art, working in the back rooms, or installing the complex exhibits in Austin's museums are creative and hard working artists themselves.

Curating a show from the basis of a common occupation and commitment to art produces a unique show that represents a diverse range of mediums and experience. Some of the featured artists have recently graduated from art school, while others have been established in local and regional venues for quite sometime.

Come see black and white collographs that deal with pattern and form, terra cotta and found object sculptures steeped in complexity and symbolism, etched mirrors exploring narcissism and self-display, and photographs documenting life’s struggle and getting back to one’s dream. This is just a sample of the vast talent and creativity that resides under every art museum exhibition you see.
